We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging.

In the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nestorify.com with your order number and reason for return.
✅ Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty or skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
✅ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
✅ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund.
✅ Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
