At Nestorify, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging.

    • In the same condition that you received it.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nestorify.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty or skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
